The Day After the Elections

On November 5, 2008 John McCain is elected to the presidency. Months pass and he officially takes over office on January 1, 2009. The war in Iraq is continued and soon America can no longer stay afloat economically. People are out of jobs and losing hope. The situation becomes the worst nightmare of a nation built on order. Society descends into chaos. Soon various groups set up private armies and go to war. America has become the new Afghanistan.

What has happened to the rich? Their wealth no longer protects them, as society has become something based on physical strength and savagery instead of who has the most money. As for the U.S. Army they have become fighters to unify America. With the fight for unification America has ignored its enemies from outside. For the nations of the world unite to conquer and divide America. Many factions are inexperienced as soldiers and are not ready to fight such a large force. The only way to stop the conquering army is to unite.

Factions unite with the army and form the Alliance of Freedom as war erupts across the North American continent. After many battles where the world runs red on the soil of America the Alliance realize the situation is hopeless. There is only one thing left to do. They go to where nuclear bombs are stored. And fire them at every nation. Before the nations are destroyed they in turn launch their own nuclear weapons. What once were the United States and the whole world are wiped out and the earth is a radioactive wasteland. As thousand upon thousands of years pass the earth returns too normal. It is as if humanity had never been.
